One of the most representative and the expected rituals of our temple is the Fire Walking Ceremony. Kept up all night, the air is filled with drumming, singing and the light of the burning charcoal. With the approval of the deity, individuals pass across the fire bed with naked feet and they are symbolized as purified and brave and the hindrances are cleared.

Devotees tend to burn incense and pray by themselves prior to the ceremony. Each of them steps forward in good faith and with integrity guided by temple mediums or appointed leaders. Even though it is not an illusion, lots of people assume that when they have a steady heart and divine blessing, they will be able to walk through unharmed.
